Yoga Movement & Healing Therapy Masterclass

This is a 2 hours class for all level to discover the magic of moving the body, free the mind and heal the heart. It is a way to reconnect all of the three together and gain awareness to yourself. The class will leave you feeling strong and fit in your body, clear in your mind and at peace in your heart.

You will be guided through a creative flow to awaken the body. To calm and focus the mind so that you can bring clarity you will be guided through meditation and breath and finally you will find peace in your heart through the healing power of the sound of the Jupiter Gong.
